Entry to Black Ridge Vineyard Estates is from Black Road in Los Gatos 1/2 mile West of the Lexington Reservoir.
Black Ridge Vineyard Estates is located 3.5 miles from downtown Los Gatos at an elevation ranging from 850 to 1220 feet above sea level. It directly overlooks Lexington Reservoir, and has views of the entire downtown San Jose skyline. Black Ridge Vineyard Estates has been planted with over 20 acres of vines.	You may stay current on our progress at Black Ridge Vineyard Estates as we progress, by viewing the various progress pages. We will make every attempt to provide ongoing updates. There may be periods however, when not much has changed visually. In any event, please check back with us often.
The setting for Black Ridge Vineyard Estates is a 71 acre property set in the Los Gatos Mountains. Much of the land is gentle sloping and usable. The lower vineyard, under development, consists of four lots, each with a unique home site and fantastic views.
